We realise that if you are new to martial arts, or you are buying a gift, that martial art sizes can be confusing. For this reason, we have put together a guide to help you choose the right sizes for your clothing and protection.
Do remember that these are size approximations and that we recommend that you either come along to our shop to try items on, or contact us if you are unsure:

Clothing- Suits/gis and Trousers
Our suits range have elasticated waistbands/drawstrings/ties and is designed for a loose fit to allow flexible movements. Suits made of 100% cotton are subject to shrinkage of up to 5cm- please use a cool wash to help prevent this.
- These clothing sizes correspond to your height only.
- If you have a large chest or waist size, remember to accommodate for your width and buy up to 2 sizes up.
- It is usually a good idea to buy a size up for a growing child.
