1) Making a purchase.

- All prices include VAT at 17.5%. Child sizes are zero rated.
- BC Sports Ltd accepts most major credit and debit cards via Paypal. Cheques will only be accepted in person at our showroom with a cheque guarantee card.
- All items are subject to availability. In the event that we do not have your item in stock, we will notify you by telephone as soon as possible and await your instruction.
WEAPONRY
- Weapons will only be sold to persons over 18 years of age. When you buy an item of weaponry, you are acknowledging that you are over 18.
- Weapons are sold for show/training purposes only. We do not encourage offensive use or the permission to carry in a public place.
- Live blades will not be sold through our website, please come in-store if you wish to purchase a blade and provide the relevant licence(s).
- We do not accept liablity for injury or damages caused through misconduct of weapon use.
2) Delivery.
- Currently we do not ship outside of the UK. Please check back frequently for any changes to this.
- All orders are subject to a flat rate fee of £5.95.
- The goods will be dispatched by a postal service chosen at checkout depending on the weight of your order. Items will be sent via Royal Mail first class Recorded delivery or courier service for heavier orders. Please make sure that somebody will be available to sign for it.
- Subject to stock availability we aim to deliver orders next day, but do wait between 2-5 days. Delivery times are estimated as accurately as possible but can be subject to postal delays. BC Sports Ltd cannot be held responsible for these.
- Please check your deliveries for any damages/faults. If they have been damaged in transit, then please do not sign the courier receipt. We will endeavour to rectify the situation given that you acknowledge damages, otherwise we cannot be held responsible.
3) Return policy.
- If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return or exchange an item within 14 days as long as it has not been worn, used or washed. Items must be kept in their original packaging and sent back at your own cost.
- If the product is faulty then please notify us within 48 hours by telephone. We will best instruct you from there.
4) Updates to the website.
- Features of the website will be constantly updated and revised when necessary.
- Special offers are subject to availability and will expire at the stated date.
- Maintenance work will be carried out continuously to offer the best service possible. This will be stated clearly at a suitable duration before any work is started.
5) Special Offers.
- BC Sports Ltd will have special offers every month which will be subject to specific terms and conditions. All promotions are subject to change without notice at the manager's discretion.
